Welcome to AutoLinked, a service operated by Imationgroup OÜ (“we”, “our”). By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Ownership

2. Service Description
AutoLinked is a SaaS platform that automates content publishing on LinkedIn company pages using artificial intelligence. Content is generated based on the parameters and topics configured by the user.
3. User Account
To use the service you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to publish illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to access unauthorised systems or circumvent security measures.
- Comply with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service at all times.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
AutoLinked is sold on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are listed on the plans page. Billing occurs in advance at the start of each period and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user before the end of the current period.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. No refunds are offered for started periods unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform and its source code are owned by Imationgroup OÜ. Content generated by the AI at the user’s request belongs to the user, who acknowledges that AutoLinked does not guarantee uniqueness or absolute originality of such content.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imationgroup OÜ shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for sanctions applied by third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer regulations provide otherwise.
